Who else saw this coming?

We've got another friend up 'ere. 'Onestly, it was pretty obvious he'd be showin' up sooner or later. After all, it makes sense. The Katters is the Ford to Sor's Zaphod, the Nellie to her Sweeney (not that either of them're runnin' around, that I know of, at least), why not the Jekyll to Sor's Hyde?

That's right, you heard me. We've got that pompous ass running around. My bet is he won't last long -- he'll never survive around us less-than-kindly folk. He'll be off just like Arthur and Ryu.

We may very well also have a Sweeney running around. There've been a couple of sightings, but I hain't seen 'im and he's certainly keeping very quiet.

Right-O, droogies, I'm off to have a drink and hob-nob with the resident Mad Scientist, before he gets scared and runs off.

[/Alex]

Ford's gone. Just up and left. Puff. Like that.

I'm somewhat confused. It's not every day someone itties off, after all. Who's to say when he'll be back? Who's to say if he'll be back?

Katters told him to go. That's what gets me.

I know I don't post often. Livejournal seems a bit daft to me. But sometimes you have to log important things.

[/Alex]

Alright then. 'Sbeen a while.
Ford says to me that I've given up on the whole charade, but I says that only a fool talks when he's got nothing to say.
Kat: I resent that!
I'm sure you do.

Anyways, I'd like to start off by disassociating meself with Alex DeLizard. I'd never dispatch me droogies by eatin' them, former though they may be.

Now that that's out of the way, I've been spending more and more time at the bar, now that Gomh's been let loose. Ford seems to have calmed down some and isn't sitting in the back glaring at people any more. He's up and front as he's always been, chattering up a storm and sittin' with the two of us, three when the Katters is there.

Between you and me, I think it's time this Lloyd was taken care of. Keeps making mistakes, he does, giving you some frue frue drink when you ask for hard alcohol, and denying the whole thing when you bring it up. Katters told us to leave him be and she'll be takin' a look at his hardware. Find out what's going on.

Still, if this keeps up, Ford and I will be having harsh words with Lloyd, if you follow me.

In the meanwhile, I wandered back to that library thing Ford, Katters and I found way back when and took a good look at the books. A lot of them are worn down and unreadable, some of them are even in some other language, but a few are of good health and contain some real horrorshow stories.

Oh, and a while back, I don't think I spoke of this before, Arthur and I went walking and found a lake, right near Gomh's mountain. He went fishing, don't think he caught anything, but I went swimming. It was quite lovely, real cool-like. Refreshing and all.

Methinks that's all I've got to say, me brothers. I'm off to poke around some more.

[/Alex]

Today has been notable.

I spent most of today in charge -- an experience I actually don't want to live through again any time soon. Granted, I got to clean Katters' nails and I got to chat with Sor for quite a long time, but after a while in control of Katters you start to lose your sense of self. Identities get hopelessly mixed, and you're not sure whether it's still you talking or whether Katters has mysteriously returned and booted you out of the captain's seat mid-sentence. It is a dizzying effect.

It is also an exhausting one. I think I'm going to head to spatchka soon enough.

First, though, I am going to go get a drink.

[/Alex]

Okay, real funny.

Gee, I wonder who snuck onto my journal last night and changed the layout. Could it be the only person who both knows of this journal and knows my password?

Seriously. Real mature.

I mean, really. Kittens? Really.

ETA: That is much better.

So, here I am again

Once again posting at the last minoota just before the Katters scurries off for beddybye. And once again I haven't a malenky bit of something to say.

Ford's mad at me for one reason or another. I swear I haven't done a thing to him, Bog as my wittness.

He's also mad at Katters, though, so maybe I'm just getting leftover anger. Either way I want him to stop staring at me in the bar. If looks could kill I'd be cold and stiff by now, my brothers. It's an uncomfortable feeling.

Saw Ryu today, as I ittied along in the park, he was feedin' some sort of bird. I'm not an expert bird-wise, but they sure din't look like any I've seen before.

Anyways, Ryu and I had a pleasant chat. He's a good kid, even if Katters doesn't like him for some reason. Probably has to do with that whole dragon thing.

Poor kid's just like a furry, only backwards.

So, after Ryu and I chatted I wandered over to Gomh's cave and we had a bit of fun, if you catch my drift. As the Katters says, much fun was had by all parties involved. But I won't get into any details, I hear some folks are a bit touchy on the subject.

After that I headed back to my room and I slooshied some music. Some glorious Beethoven this time. I never do get tired of that Ode to Joy, you know.

And after I fell asleep and then woke up I ittied back over to the bar where I drank like a king and Ford continued to glare at me.

And here I am.

Hmm. No, I'm still not getting it. I just don't see the point of this journal thing.

... It feels weird to not end with a signature, so I suppose I'll create one.

[/Alex]

So. Ere I am.

Ford has insisted that this is a real horrorshow hobby. Real catharic and all that.

I dunno. I'm not feeling it.

I'm going to go hit the pub. See you kots and koshkas later.
